| How do you know if you are happy or sad without a mask? |
[Apr. 22nd, 2006|07:37 pm] |
Today's journal needs background music so... just click and listen (humor me). If I Apologized
So far the weekend has been abundant in On-Demand explorations. After bringing back memories and watching "Office Space" we bought "Mirror Mask" (An unbelievable movie). Here is a riddle from the movie:
If you share it, you can't have it. If you have it, you can't share it. What is it?
I'll tell you after the entry :) but for now, here are a few of my favorite quotes:
But you don't have a mask?! How do you know if you are happy or sad without a mask?
(a small creature places something on the table) Creature: "The charm" (Low, deep voice) Keeper: "That is not that charm! That is a chicken." Creature: "The charm" (Low, deep voice) Keeper: "This maybe painful for you but I can assure you, it is a chicken."
Helena: "I'm looking for a really useful book." Librarian: "Information, Paperbacks, Top floor... Here, you will need a net."
 LOOK!!! an idiot!
Helena: "What is the mirror mask?" Old Lady: "It simply gives you what you need but, remember my dear, I don't know what I'm talking about."
"I'll slip through the dark unnoticed, like a... dark... unnoticed... slippery thing."
You can't run from home without destroying some body's world.
"I remember what my mother told me... Be a good boy, eat your greens, don't do that... I think it would be better if you would JUST LEAVE! But... she wasn't my mother really... she bought me from the man."
and the riddle... sSsshHhHHhhh, it's a secret.

| After Easter... Performed by bunnies in 30 seconds ;) |
[Apr. 18th, 2006|12:03 am] |
Wake up at 11am after an all night Risk game... Head to see the folks for the holiday... Have a rather good time and head home at 9pm... Stop at a red light 1 block from the house and... A hooker comes up to the car asking me to buy her milk for a lap dance??? (PAUSE)... WTF??? Say, "No". Hooker reaches in car steals cellphone off the passenger seat and runs off... ... .. Sit bewildered... ... .. Go home cancel cell phone and later ROFLMFAO... Sleep at 1130pm...
fin
Side note - I hope other peoples holiday did not end with a nasty ass hooker stealing their cell phone for crack.. milk or what ever the hell happened.

| Good friday or bad? |
[Apr. 15th, 2006|12:15 am] |
I just found this I want to share it. It is good to see that the anti-"everything that is american heritage" group it not just mad at old Saint Nick. If you don't believe me, just check out the link below and you to can be in augh about how much time these bastards have to spend pissing on what 90% or most of americans (and canadians ;>) grew up with.

PS - I do have one thing to say to all the people that want to piss on what others believe and cherish from childhood. "Hi there all you lovely good for nothings. Nice to see you had enuff time to protest the dangerous and harmful bunnies on this terrible occasion. I was thinking you would not have the time seeing that your heads are usually up someones ass 24/7. Good to see you used your TIME OFF on the HOLIDAY so well. Be safe, and play in traffic with a stick of dynamite up your asses, drenched in gasoline, while smoking 7 cigarettes, oh and happy Easter =) (sarcasm duh...)

| The afternoon the fixed the morning that broke it all... |
[Apr. 14th, 2006|11:39 pm] |
There once was a morning that broke the alarm clock, that broke the morning coffee, that broke the idea of getting to work on time, that broke nice "slow" friday at work, that broke idea getting to lunch on time, that broke the alternator, that broke being able to get home, that started the day.
There once was an afternoon that got the paycheck, that got a new alternator, that got me out of work only a hour late, that got the boss to help and got the boss to be cool about being a little late, that made the car run like it did when it was first bought, that fixed the alarm clock, that fixed the morning that broke it all.
And then... (to be continued in the morrow) zzZzZZzzzZzZzZzzzzzz...____...____

| The day before, the day before Saturday... |
[Apr. 13th, 2006|08:31 pm] |
Today is not unlike most other days I have. I came back to the house after work and decided to look up some old things on the computer. I discovered remembered that I had this livejournal and read some of my old entries. It's funny how when you look back at things you have written it can bring back some of the feelings you had at that time. However, it can also make you look back and think, "Gawd, what was my problem back then". I mean I was rather the whiny little bitch.
Well, because of my feelings about my old writings, I have decided to learn from the short sightedness, and start this all over again. A clean slate to write on and new better things for me to remember... I would still like ot remind myself of one thing from the past that I never want to forget. "Sometimes you seem to have the worst day in the world and then someone visits and changes it all around". ~ Thanks Leigh, I miss ya... and if you actually find this, I hope you're doing well... please keep in touch.
For now, it is the day before, the day before, the day before Easter and my weekend is already almost filled up. I have parents to see, a network to install, a new phone line to install, a lawn to mow and a little more... not a whole lot to do but a fair amount. The last few days have consisted of dream analysis, building 17 showcases... for a store that turns out to not even need them for a month (lol)... a lot of other busy work. No matter how much I work on things, I can not help but think about becoming 30 this year and where all the time went. Because of this and other factors I have decided to quit the online games... at least for a little while... and focus on what is real... I should do that now... all that deleting on this journal did take some time. I'll try to be more interesting in my next journal update.
